Enrollment in courses and workshops is binding. Prior to enrollment your child is entitled to a trial lesson.
Alphabet will confirm your enrollment by email prior to start date of booked course. If you enroll after the start of a term, you will receive a confirmation within a reasonable time following your enrollment.
Literacy Courses: You may withdraw from a course by email to mail@alphabet_ev.com up to 7 days prior to the first class of booked course without cost. If your cancellation is received after this deadline, a 50% refund will be granted for the remainder of the term's classes. Clean, undamaged books containing no writing may be returned for a full refund.
Workshops: You may withdraw from a workshop by email to up to 7 days prior to date of booked workshop without cost. After this deadline you will be charged the full workshop price.
